Description

Several policy options can be used to divert traffic from the city center. The complicated geographical location of the city and the current state of the infrastructure offer especially the construction of new communications.
– construction of bypasses and interconnection especially for transit routes from the north – these measures are included in the Sustainable mobility plan (PUMP) and some have already begun implementation
– construction of a new bridge from the center to north – this option has been considered in the past, but is not present in PUMP (building bypasses will probably be sufficient)
Although this path is both financially and organizationally challenging, it can bring a significant effect that can be simulated in newly-created tools.
